With more than 30 years of experience in the building industry, Ian remains closely involved in the projects the company undertakes, working directly with clients and overseeing the people responsible for the work.

Ian's experience covers residential construction, structural alterations and property refurbishment. He understands the practical demands of working on existing buildings, where changes to a layout can affect everything from the structure and services to the order in which work must be carried out.
At Carrara Sandbanks, Ian is involved from the early discussions about a project. He works with clients to establish what is required, brings in the appropriate specialist advice and oversees the work as it progresses.
Clients deal directly with Ian, giving them a consistent point of contact and someone who understands the project beyond the responsibilities of any individual trade.
How We Work
Carrara Sandbanks works with an established network of tradespeople and specialist professionals. The people involved depend on the work being undertaken, whether that calls for structural engineering and building work or the combination of trades needed for a complete interior refurbishment.
Architects, planning consultants and structural engineers are involved where required, alongside builders, electricians, plumbers, carpenters and finishing trades.
Ian coordinates their work, with responsibility for the overall project remaining with Carrara Sandbanks.
