THE PROJECT

Set on a generous plot in Sandbanks, 49 Panorama Road is the subject of an ambitious residential transformation, with plans to create a substantial contemporary family home while retaining the original building.

Working with the client and Tony Holt Architects, Carrara Sandbanks has helped develop an architectural scheme that makes full use of the property's setting and potential.

THE EXISTING PROPERTY

THE DESIGN APPROACH

The initial concept evolved into a scheme that respects the character of the original house while introducing the space and proportions of a substantial contemporary residence.

The proposed transformation has been shaped around the needs of modern family living, making considered use of the property's existing architecture.
