Situated on Panorama Road, with views across Poole Harbour towards Brownsea Island, Harbour Dean Penthouse was intended for use as both a private coastal retreat and a holiday let. The owners valued the location and generous proportions of the property, but felt the existing interior needed considerable updating. Their brief called for a contemporary refurbishment with understated coastal influences, suited to both their own stays and visiting guests. Carrara Sandbanks was appointed to undertake the refurbishment, including new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and decoration. The programme was particularly demanding, requiring close coordination between trades and suppliers. The final furniture deliveries and decorating work took place almost simultaneously, but the project was completed within the agreed timeframe.
