Situated on the Sandbanks Peninsula, this beachfront apartment enjoys views across the beach and out to sea. The owners wanted to update the property for their own holidays while also making it suitable for holiday letting. The brief called for a comfortable, contemporary coastal home that could accommodate both private stays and visiting guests. Carrara Sandbanks undertook a comprehensive refurbishment, installing a new kitchen, upgrading the bathrooms and completing a full electrical rewire, new plumbing and redecoration throughout. The apartment was subsequently furnished and dressed in a relaxed coastal style, with consideration given to the practical demands of a holiday property. The completed refurbishment provides a welcoming seaside retreat, combining the comforts of a private home with the durability and practicality required for holiday use.
